Founded and led by Vandana Patel, whose hands-on work across accounting, tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting shapes how BitIT treats financial data and workflow. She leads company direction, client relationships, and day-to-day operations.
Rakesh Patel brings more than two decades of experience building and operating real-time, distributed financial-technology systems, leading multi-geography engineering organizations, and working directly with product, compliance, sales, support, and client stakeholders. He leads BitIT’s technology delivery.
MunshiIQ grew from that pairing: Vandana’s accounting workflow experience shaped the need, and Rakesh built the product. It is operated by BitIT, bringing auditability, correction history, human review, and professional workflows together in one place.
